Adding to Bristol’s healthy representation of industry, the city is developing two strategically-positioned growth areas: Dale W. Gordon Business Park, located one-half mile from 1-81 and Exit 3, and the White Site on Bonham Road, located one-half mile from I-81 and Exit 7.

Dale W. Gordon Business Park
This development area has 22 acres and is located close to Commonwealth Avenue, a popular Bristol thoroughfare. Due to OptiNet services provided by Bristol Virginia Utilities, the park has all the utility and technical amenities necessary to sustain any type of manufacturing or IT operation.

White Site-Bonham Road
This park boasts 10.5 acres and offers the premier infrastructure for software development companies and data center operations. A developer is willing to underwrite construction of buildings if appropriate business suitors indicate interest. Tentative architectural renderings have been developed that feature three 2-story buildings and 90,000 square feet of space. Work spaces can be built to company specifications for purchase or lease.
